Strategy 1 activities are implemented by C-Sa\u00fade\u2019s Maputo-based HIS team that supports the MOH. Strategy 2 \u2013 C-Sa\u00fade supports the transition and sustainment of USG-supported HIV programmatic management, service delivery, and Monitoring and Evaluation to provincial and other government entities in line with the overall vision for country-led, sustainable, and localized programming, through targeted Technical Support and Direct Service Delivery support.
