This team is responsible for generating and analysing evidence-based scientific data, synthesizing results to share with programme implementers, sponsors and policymakers on successful interventions. The work is supported by PEPFAR through the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other sponsors, with a primary focus on HIV prevention, HIV and TB care and treatment. Secondary data analyses use programmatic data to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
