A C-Sa\u00fade \u00e9 o parceiro central do Plano de Emerg\u00eancia do Presidente dos EUA para o Al\u00edvio da SIDA (PEPFAR) para Sistemas de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o em Sa\u00fade (SIS) em Mo\u00e7ambique. Tuberculose<\/h2> <\/div>\n

Na prov\u00edncia da Zamb\u00e9zia, onde a preval\u00eancia de coinfec\u00e7\u00e3o HIV\/Tuberculose (TB) permanece alta, a integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de HIV e TB \u00e9 uma prioridade de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica. O Programa Avante apoia unidades sanit\u00e1rias na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os cl\u00ednicos de alta qualidade em HIV\/TB. Cancro do Colo do \u00datero<\/h2> <\/div>\n

Mulheres vivendo com HIV t\u00eam um risco significativamente aumentado de desenvolver cancro do colo do \u00fatero. Dada a alta incid\u00eancia de HIV em Mo\u00e7ambique, o rastreio e tratamento do cancro do colo do \u00fatero \u00e9 uma prioridade para o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade. A C-Sa\u00fade, atrav\u00e9s dos fundos do CDC\/PEPFAR, apoia unidades sanit\u00e1rias na Prov\u00edncia da Zamb\u00e9zia que fornecem servi\u00e7os de rastreio e cuidados cl\u00ednicos de alta qualidade para o cancro do colo do \u00fatero incluindo capacidade para realizar procedimentos de excis\u00e3o eletrocirurgia em al\u00e7a (LEEP) em hospitais de refer\u00eancia.<\/p><\/div>

Learn more Evaluations C-Sa\u00fade\u2019s Department of Evaluations is composed of a team of researchers and analysts who conduct evaluations of research programs and activities. This team is responsible for generating and analysing evidence-based scientific data, synthesizing results to share with programme implementers, sponsors and policymakers on successful interventions. The work is supported by PEPFAR through the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other sponsors, with a primary focus on HIV prevention, HIV and TB care and treatment. Secondary data analyses use programmatic data to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Protocol-based assessments allow for the collection of primary data to generate new information aimed at enhancing existing services and improving patient outcomes.
