1. CONCESS\u00c3O DE LICEN\u00c7A
<\/strong>A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Centro pela Sa\u00fade Global (doravante designado por C-Sa\u00fade) concede ao utilizador uma licen\u00e7a limitada, n\u00e3o exclusiva, intransfer\u00edvel e revog\u00e1vel para usar o Software exclusivamente para fins pessoais ou para efeitos de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de actividades ligadas a uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e de acordo com este ACORDO, num \u00fanico dispositivo que \u00e9 controlado por si e da sua propriedade.<\/span><\/p>

2. RESTRI\u00c7\u00d5ES
<\/strong>O Utilizador n\u00e3o pode:
<\/strong>\u2022\tModificar, adaptar, traduzir ou criar obras derivadas do Software;
\u2022\tFazer engenharia inversa, descompilando, decifrando ou desmontando o Software, excepto em casos devidamente autorizados pela C-Sa\u00fade e nas formas permitidas pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel;
\u2022\tAlugar, alocar, distribuir ou vender c\u00f3pias do Software a terceiros;
\u2022\tUsar o Software em qualquer actividade que gere rendimentos, empresa comercial ou para qualquer uso para o qual o software n\u00e3o testinha sido desenhado.
\u2022\tUsar o Software para gerar queries automatizadas para qualquer website ou que envie qualquer email n\u00e3o solicitado.
\u2022\tRemover ou alterar quaisquer avisos de direitos autorais, marcas registradas ou outros avisos de propriedade.
\u2022\tViolar qualquer lei aplic\u00e1vel, regras ou regulamentos em conex\u00e3o com a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Software.
Ao utilizar este Software o utilizador concorda que caso infrinja alguma das restri\u00e7\u00f5es acima indicadas, ou caso propriedade intelectual de terceiros, ser\u00e1 responsabilizado criminalmente.<\/span><\/p>

3. PROTEC\u00c7\u00c3O E PRIVACIDADE DE DADOS<\/strong>
O Software pode colectar, processar ou armazenar informa\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade ou dados pessoais. A C-Sa\u00fade compromete-se a adoptar medidas t\u00e9cnicas e organizacionais adequadas para proteger a privacidade e seguran\u00e7a desses dados em conformidade com as leis de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados aplic\u00e1veis. O uso do Software implica a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edtica de Privacidade da C-Sa\u00fadeque detalha como os dados devem ser colectados, utilizados e protegidos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

4. OBRIGA\u00c7\u00d5ES DO UTILIZADOR <\/strong><\/span>
O utilizador \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por garantir que qualquer dado inserido no Software seja tratado em conformidade com as normas de privacidade em sa\u00fade aplic\u00e1veis. Caso o Software seja utilizado em um ambiente empresarial ou cl\u00ednico, \u00e9 da responsabilidade do utilizador garantir o cumprimento das normas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados aplic\u00e1veis, incluindo, mas n\u00e3o se limitando ao uso seguro de dados pessoais e de sa\u00fade.<\/span><\/p>

5. LIMITA\u00c7\u00d5ES DE RESPONSABILIDADE <\/strong><\/span>
A C-Sa\u00fade n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por qualquer dano, incluindo, mas n\u00e3o se limitando a danos directos, indirectos, incidentais, especiais ou consequentes, decorrentes do uso ou da incapacidade de usar o Software. \nPara usar este Software \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter acesso \u00e0 Internet, pelo que a C-Sa\u00fade n\u00e3o se responsabiliza pela quantidade de dados consumidos na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o desta aplica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span>

6. RESCIS\u00c3O<\/strong><\/span>
A C-Sa\u00fade pode rescindir este ACORDO a qualquer momento se o utilizador n\u00e3o cumprir com qualquer dos seus termos. Ap\u00f3s a rescis\u00e3o, o utilizador deve destruir todas as c\u00f3pias do Software.<\/span><\/p>

7. ACTUALIZA\u00c7\u00d5ES E SUPORTE <\/strong><\/span>
A C-Sa\u00fade poder\u00e1 fornecer actualiza\u00e7\u00f5es ou correc\u00e7\u00f5es para o Software, a seu crit\u00e9rio, mas n\u00e3o tem obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de faz\u00ea-lo. Quaisquer actualiza\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas ser\u00e3o consideradas parte do Software e estar\u00e3o sujeitas aos termos do presente ACORDO.<\/span><\/p>

8. LEGISLA\u00c7\u00c3O APLIC\u00c1VEL <\/strong><\/span>
Este ACORDO ser\u00e1 regido pelas leis da R\u00e9publica de Mo\u00e7ambique. Quaisquer disputas decorrentes do mesmo ser\u00e3o resolvidas exclusivamente nos tribunais de Maputo, com expressa ren\u00fancia a qualquer outro.<\/span><\/p>

9. ACORDO INTEGRAL<\/strong><\/span>
Este ACORDO substitui qualquer entendimento anterior ou contempor\u00e2neo, discuss\u00f5es, promessas, comunica\u00e7\u00f5es, declara\u00e7\u00f5es, garantias ou an\u00fancios entre o utilizador e a C-Sa\u00fade em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao Software, pelo que constitui acordo integral entre ambos.

End User License Agreement (EULA) Last revised: December 10, 2024   PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY SOFTWARE DEVELOPED BY C-SA\u00daDE (hereinafter referred to as “SOFTWARE”). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1. GRANTING OF LICENSEThe Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Centro pela Sa\u00fade Global (hereinafter referred to as C-Sa\u00fade) grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software exclusively for personal purposes or for the purpose of carrying out activities linked to an organization and in accordance with this AGREEMENT, on a single device that is controlled and owned by you. 2. RESTRICTIONSThe User may not:\u2022 Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;\u2022 Reverse engineer, decompile, decipher, or disassemble the Software, except in cases authorized by C-Sa\u00fade and as permitted by applicable law;\u2022 Rent, lease, distribute, or sell copies of the Software to third parties;\u2022 Use the Software in any revenue-generating activity, commercial enterprise, or for any use for which the Software was not designed.\u2022 Use the Software to generate automated queries to any website or send any unsolicited email.\u2022 Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.\u2022 Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with the use of the Software.By using this Software, the User agrees that if any of the restrictions indicated above are violated, or if the intellectual property of third parties is violated, they will be held criminally liable. 3. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY The Software may collect, process, or store health information or personal data. C-Sa\u00fade undertakes to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the privacy and security of this data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Using the Software implies acceptance of C-Sa\u00fade\u2019s Privacy Policy, which details how data will be collected, used, and protected. 4. USER OBLIGATIONS The User is responsible for ensuring that any data entered into the Software is treated in accordance with applicable health privacy regulations. If the Software is used in a business or clinical environment, it is the User’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including, but not limited to, the secure use of personal and health data. 5. LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY C-Sa\u00fade will not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.Internet access is required to use this Software; therefore, C-Sa\u00fade is not responsible for the amount of data consumed when using this application. 6. TERMINATIONC-Sa\u00fade may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time if the User fails to comply with any of the terms. Upon termination, all copies of the Software must be destroyed. 7. UPDATES AND SUPPORT C-Sa\u00fade may provide updates or corrections to the Software at its sole discretion but is under no obligation to do so. Any updates provided will be considered part of the Software and will be subject to the terms of this AGREEMENT. 8. APLICABLE LEGISLATION This AGREEMENT shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique. Any disputes arising from it shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maputo, with express waiver of any other. 9. GRANTING OF LICENSEThe Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Centro pela Sa\u00fade Global (hereinafter referred to as C-Sa\u00fade) grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software exclusively for personal purposes or for the purpose of carrying out activities linked to an organization and in accordance with this AGREEMENT, on a single device that is controlled and owned by you. 2. RESTRICTIONSThe User may not:\u2022 Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;\u2022 Reverse engineer, decompile, decipher, or disassemble the Software, except in cases authorized by C-Sa\u00fade and as permitted by applicable law;\u2022 Rent, lease, distribute, or sell copies of the Software to third parties;\u2022 Use the Software in any revenue-generating activity, commercial enterprise, or for any use for which the Software was not designed.\u2022 Use the Software to generate automated queries to any website or send any unsolicited email.\u2022 Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.\u2022 Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with the use of the Software.By using this Software, the User agrees that if any of the restrictions indicated above are violated, or if the intellectual property of third parties is violated, they will be held criminally liable. 3. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY The Software may collect, process, or store health information or personal data. C-Sa\u00fade undertakes to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the privacy and security of this data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Using the Software implies acceptance of C-Sa\u00fade\u2019s Privacy Policy, which details how data will be collected, used, and protected. 4. USER OBLIGATIONS The User is responsible for ensuring that any data entered into the Software is treated in accordance with applicable health privacy regulations. If the Software is used in a business or clinical environment, it is the User’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including, but not limited to, the secure use of personal and health data. 5. LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY C-Sa\u00fade will not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.Internet access is required to use this Software; therefore, C-Sa\u00fade is not responsible for the amount of data consumed when using this application. 6. TERMINATIONC-Sa\u00fade may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time if the User fails to comply with any of the terms. Upon termination, all copies of the Software must be destroyed. 7. UPDATES AND SUPPORT C-Sa\u00fade may provide updates or corrections to the Software at its sole discretion but is under no obligation to do so. Any updates provided will be considered part of the Software and will be subject to the terms of this AGREEMENT. 8. APLICABLE LEGISLATION This AGREEMENT shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique. Any disputes arising from it shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maputo, with express waiver of any other. 9.
