A Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o da Rep\u00fablica de Mo\u00e7ambique e o C\u00f3digo Civil que defendem o respeito \u00e0 Privacidade;<\/span>
A Lei n.\u00ba 3\/2017 de 9 de Janeiro, que aprova o Regime Jur\u00eddico das Transa\u00e7\u00f5es Electr\u00f3nicas e contem disposi\u00e7\u00f5es relativas a Protec\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados Electr\u00f3nicos Pessoais, especialmente nos seus artigos 63 e 64.<\/span>
A Carta dos Direitos e Deveres do Doente, aprovada pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n.\u00ba 73\/2007, de 18 de Dezembro, no que se refere ao direito \u00e0 confidencialidade dos seus dados.<\/span>
\u201cSolu\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d: significa todos os produtos, servi\u00e7os e softwares desenvolvidos e fornecidos pela Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e adquirido nos termos dos instrumentos particulares que ir\u00e3o regular essa rela\u00e7\u00e3o comercial.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. 1. INFORMA\u00c7\u00d5ES COLECTADAS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ao utilizar a Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, podemos colectar os seguintes tipos de informa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span>
\u2022\tDados Pessoais: Nome, apelido, data de nascimento, idade e n\u00famero de telefone e outras informa\u00e7\u00f5es identific\u00e1veis fornecidas pelo utilizador.<\/span>
\u2022\tDados da Unidade Sanit\u00e1ria onde pretende realizar a circuncis\u00e3o e a data da consulta.<\/span>
\u2022\tDados de Uso: Informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre como \u00e9 utilizada a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo registos de acesso e interac\u00e7\u00f5es, o seu IP e dados do dispositivo \u2013 como sistema operativo e modelo do dispositivo.

2. 2. FINALIDADE DO TRATAMENTO DE DADOS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Os dados colectados ser\u00e3o utilizados para as seguintes finalidades:<\/span>
\u2022\tGarantir o funcionamento adequado da Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span>
\u2022\tProcessar e armazenar informa\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade de forma segura para uso pessoal ou cl\u00ednico;<\/span>
\u2022\tFornecer relat\u00f3rios e an\u00e1lises, quando aplic\u00e1vel;<\/span>
\u2022\tMelhorar os servi\u00e7os oferecidos, incluindo suporte t\u00e9cnico e actualiza\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span>
\u2022\tPara confirmar ou corrigir as informa\u00e7\u00f5es existentes na Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o utilizador;<\/span>
\u2022\tPara enviar informa\u00e7\u00f5es que acreditamos serem do seu interesse;<\/span>
\u2022\tPara entrar em contacto por um n\u00famero de telefone e\/ou endere\u00e7o de e-mail fornecido. Pode-se entrar em contato com o utilizador pessoalmente, por mensagem de voz, atrav\u00e9s de equipamentos de discagem autom\u00e1tica, por mensagens de texto (SMS), por e-mail, ou por qualquer outro meio de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o que seu dispositivo seja capaz de receber, sempre que se mostre necess\u00e1rio.

3. PARTILHA DE DADOS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Seus dados n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o partilhados com terceiros, excepto nas seguintes circunst\u00e2ncias:<\/span>
\u2022\tCom a Unidade Sanit\u00e1ria na qual o Utilizador ser\u00e1 atendido no \u00e2mbito do Programa e com outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es do ou ligadas ao Sistema Nacional de Sa\u00fade de alguma forma ligados ao programa; <\/span>
\u2022\tCom consentimento: Quando o Utilizador nos autorizar expressamente a compartilhar os dados.<\/span>
\u2022\tPor obriga\u00e7\u00e3o legal: Quando exigido por lei, ordem judicial ou autoridade reguladora.<\/span>
\u2022\tCom fornecedores de Servi\u00e7os: Dados podem ser partilhados com fornecedores de servi\u00e7os contratados (como hospedagem em nuvem ou ferramentas de an\u00e1lise), sempre em conformidade com esta Pol\u00edtica de Privacidade e garantindo a prote\u00e7\u00e3o adequada dos dados.<\/span>

Adoptamos medidas t\u00e9cnicas e organizacionais para proteger os dados do Utilizador contra acesso n\u00e3o autorizado, altera\u00e7\u00e3o, perda ou destrui\u00e7\u00e3o. Essas medidas incluem:<\/span>

DATA SHARING Data will not be shared with third parties except in the following circumstances:\u2022 With the health facility where the User will be treated within the scope of the Program and with other institutions of or linked to the National Health System, in some way linked to the Program; \u2022 With consent: When the User expressly authorizes us to share the data.\u2022 By legal obligation: When required by law, court order or regulatory authority.\u2022 With service providers: Data may be shared with contracted service providers (such as cloud hosting or analysis tools), always in accordance with this Privacy Policy and ensuring adequate data protection.In addition, Personal Data provided may also be used in any manner determined to be necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable Data Protection legislation; (b) to meet legal process demands; (c) to comply with a court order, regulatory decision or decision of competent authorities; (d) to enforce the Terms and Conditions of Use; (e) to protect operations; (f) to protect rights, privacy, security; (g) to detect and prevent fraud; (h) in other ways permitted by law. 4.
