      A nossa base de dados centralizada alinha-se perfeitamente com as estrat\u00e9gias do Sistema Nacional de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o de Sa\u00fade (HIS) de Mo\u00e7ambique e com as pol\u00edticas do PEPFAR CDC Mo\u00e7ambique, garantindo a ades\u00e3o aos padr\u00f5es internacionais e melhorando a integridade geral dos dados.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2. Melhoria da qualidade e monitoria dos dados:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      <\/span><\/p>\n

      O sistema centralizado reduz as entradas duplicadas de pacientes, identifica as \u201ctransfer\u00eancias silenciosas\u201d e assinala as interrup\u00e7\u00f5es de tratamento. Isto permite a monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o em tempo real dos dados dos pacientes e do programa, resolvendo problemas prontamente e melhorando os cuidados dos pacientes.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. Relat\u00f3rios e transfer\u00eancias de dados simplificados:<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

      <\/span><\/p>\n

      Os relat\u00f3rios tornaram-se mais eficientes, com relat\u00f3rios consolidados gerados a n\u00edvel provincial. Isto inclui tamb\u00e9m uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa do n\u00famero de transfer\u00eancias de dados Mozart de mais de 600 para apenas onze, reduzindo os custos e simplificando a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Ao centralizar a base de dados, aument\u00e1mos a seguran\u00e7a e reduzimos a necessidade de apoio e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o extensivos. As actualiza\u00e7\u00f5es trimestrais s\u00e3o agora geridas a n\u00edvel provincial, reduzindo os custos operacionais e assegurando uma ades\u00e3o consistente \u00e0s normas de seguran\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n

Phased Implementation for Sustainable Growth: The implementation is structured in phases: central database migration, Master Patient Index (MPI) integration, and optimization of data flow and interoperability. Each phase is designed to build on the previous, ensuring a robust and scalable solution. \u00a0 \u00a0 Implemented Solution: Cloud-Based Centralization: The solution leverages a cloud-based server using the OpenMRS-EIP module, which integrates advanced technologies like Debezium and Apache Camel for efficient data synchronization. This central server consolidates data from all health facilities, enhancing real-time access and interoperability. Phased Approach: The process involves migrating health facility databases to a central provincial server, followed by the integration of MPI for improved patient matching and reporting. The phased approach ensures a smooth transition and scalability. Technical and Functional Requirements: The implementation requires reliable internet connectivity, harmonized OpenMRS versions, and a central cloud server with specific technical specifications. Functional requirements include real-time synchronization, a monitoring dashboard, and data quality assurance. Operational Excellence: The roll-out of the EPTS centralization is executed district by district, upgrading and merging databases into a centralized system. This methodical approach ensures that each health facility transitions seamlessly to the new system, enhancing data management across all provinces.
