Ivanilde Lampi\u00e3o, uma mulher corajosa de 37 anos, reside na comunidade de Magodone no distrito de Nicoadala e sua trajet\u00f3ria de vida \u00e9 um verdadeiro s\u00edmbolo de resili\u00eancia e transforma\u00e7\u00e3o. H\u00e1 mais de uma d\u00e9cada, em 2008, ela recebeu um diagn\u00f3stico que mudaria sua vida para sempre: HIV positivo. A not\u00edcia chegou ap\u00f3s a morte repentina de seu marido, um momento devastador que quase a fez perder a esperan\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inicialmente, ao saber do diagn\u00f3stico, Ivanilde lutou contra a realidade. A recusa em aceitar o resultado a levou a viajar at\u00e9 Quelimane para reafirmar seus temores. Infelizmente, a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do v\u00edrus n\u00e3o apenas trouxe desespero, mas tamb\u00e9m a necessidade urgente de enfrentar uma nova realidade.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nos anos que se seguiram, Ivanilde iniciou o tratamento, mas a falta de ades\u00e3o regular \u00e0s medica\u00e7\u00f5es quase custou sua vida. Em 2010, a tuberculose se manifestou em seu corpo debilitado, levando-a a uma interna\u00e7\u00e3o onde, finalmente, viu a luz do entendimento. Ap\u00f3s receber o tratamento adequado para a tuberculose, ela percebeu que a \u00fanica maneira de reverter o quadro e reconstruir sua sa\u00fade era seguir o tratamento do HIV com a mesma determina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n

O que aconteceu em seguida foi nada menos que uma reinven\u00e7\u00e3o. Desafiando as probabilidades, Ivanilde n\u00e3o apenas superou a tuberculose, mas tamb\u00e9m se comprometeu de cora\u00e7\u00e3o ao tratamento antirretroviral (TARV). Com disciplina e coragem, ela conquistou o status de carga viral indetect\u00e1vel, tornando-se uma verdadeira inspira\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00e3o satisfeita apenas em cuidar de sua sa\u00fade, Ivanilde transformou sua dor em poder. Tornou-se uma paciente ativista, sendo frequentemente convidada por profissionais de sa\u00fade para compartilhar sua hist\u00f3ria. Com empatia e carinho, come\u00e7ou a trabalhar na unidade sanit\u00e1ria, motivando outros a aceitarem o tratamento que ela mesma havia abra\u00e7ado.<\/span>
Em setembro de 2020, sua jornada de empoderamento ganhou uma nova dimens\u00e3o quando foi convidada para se tornar uma volunt\u00e1ria de sa\u00fade comunit\u00e1ria. Com entusiasmo, Ivanilde participou da forma\u00e7\u00e3o e abra\u00e7ou a tarefa de buscar pacientes que relutantam em continuar com o tratamento.<\/span><\/p>\n
