On the last Monday, September 16th, the professionals of Nicoadala health facility in Zamb\u00e9zia province, participated in an important training session focused on\u00a0<\/span><\/span>patient rights and ethical care<\/span>\u00a0with the aim of fostering humanized care. The event aimed to equip staff with the skills necessary to pr<\/span>ovide healthcare services that prioritize the dignity, empathy, and respect for the needs of patients.<\/span><\/p>\n

A forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzida por profissionais certificados na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade e contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de recepcionistas, enfermeiros, t\u00e9cnicos de enfermagem e demais profissionais da unidade. Durante a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, foram abordados temas como a import\u00e2ncia da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o clara, a escuta activa e o envolvimento da fam\u00edlia no processo de cuidado.<\/span><\/p>\n
