On the last Monday, September 16th, the professionals of Nicoadala health facility in Zamb\u00e9zia province, participated in an important training session focused on human rights with the aim of fostering humanized care. The event aimed to equip staff with the skills necessary to provide healthcare services that prioritize the dignity, empathy, and respect for the needs of patients and users.<\/span><\/p>\n

A forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzida por profissionais certificados na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade e contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de recepcionistas, enfermeiros, t\u00e9cnicos de enfermagem e demais profissionais da unidade. Durante a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, foram abordados temas como a import\u00e2ncia da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o clara, a escuta activa e o envolvimento da fam\u00edlia no processo de cuidado.<\/span><\/p>\n

O intuito da C-Sa\u00fade, \u00e9 contribuir para a melhoria do atendimento dos pacientes, promovendo um ambiente mais acolhedor e respeitoso. Acreditamos que o atendimento humanizado \u00e9 essencial para a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e bem-estar dos pacientes.<\/span><\/p>\n
