Reconhecendo esta realidade, a C-Sa\u00fade aposta numa abordagem pr\u00e1tica e inclusiva que coloca as comunidades no centro da resposta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o com abordagem te\u00f3rica e pr\u00e1tica<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Componente te\u00f3rica<\/strong>Foram abordados diversos temas no contexto da TB, o agente causador, formas de transmiss\u00e3o, sintomas cl\u00ednicos e os procedimentos para o rastreio e colheita de amostras.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Componente pr\u00e1tica<\/strong>Os participantes receberam orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o preenchimento da ficha de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de exames de TB (PNCT-5), do livro de pacientes presuntivos e do registo de contactos de pacientes com TB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Rastreio comunit\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Com esta iniciativa, a C-Sa\u00fade est\u00e1 a expandir o rastreio da TB para dentro das comunidades, atrav\u00e9s dos Oficiais de Tosse Comunit\u00e1rios. Estes passam a desempenhar um papel activo na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de contactos de pacientes com TB e no referenciamento r\u00e1pido de casos suspeitos \u00e0s unidades sanit\u00e1rias.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Este modelo visa aumentar o n\u00famero de pessoas rastreadas, melhorar a qualidade da detec\u00e7\u00e3o e garantir o in\u00edcio atempado do tratamento para os que tiverem o diagn\u00f3stico confirmado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Impacto na sa\u00fade p\u00fablica<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ao garantir a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o precoce de casos, esta interven\u00e7\u00e3o contribui para travar a cadeia de transmiss\u00e3o da TB, protegendo as fam\u00edlias e comunidades mais vulner\u00e1veis.
